03 • ArtScience Museum’s Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses

Fashion enthusiasts, this one’s for you. Iris van Herpen: Sculpting The Senses exhibition is currently in Singapore, and it features some of history’s most iconic fashion looks, including actual costumes worn by Lady Gaga herself.
The crown jewel of the exhibit is the iconic Hydrozoa dress from the Sensory Seas collection. It’s the otherworldly masterpiece Gaga wore when she launched her Chromatica album in 2020. This floaty, futuristic, and stunning costume needs to be seen up close.

Sink your teeth into Squid Ink Gnocchi, loved by patrons for its soft and luxuriously rich texture, and squid ink which lends the dish a deep umami flavour.
Also on the menu is the Chopped Cheese sandwich. It’s a love letter to New York City’s comfort and chaotic yet memorable energy. Tender, juicy beef is smashed and seared to perfection, with melted cheese in every bite and crispy veggies for a much-needed crunch.
