1. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness Policy (A1)

1.1 Purpose
This policy ensures that all vehicles made available through GetGo are maintained in a roadworthy condition and are clean for every customer booking. This protects the safety and satisfaction of our customers and upholds our obligations under the CaseTrust-LTA Joint Accreditation Scheme.
1.2 Scope
This policy applies to all vehicles in the GetGo fleet, including any vehicles added in future. It applies to all operations staff, fleet managers, and contracted maintenance service providers.
1.3 Maintenance Regime
1.3.1 Scheduled Workshop Servicing
All vehicles shall be sent to an authorised workshop for servicing under the following schedule, whichever occurs first:
- Every 10,000 km travelled; OR
- Every six (6) months from the date of last service; OR
- As recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or dealer.
1.3.2 Maintenance Records
The Fleet Manager shall maintain a servicing log for each vehicle. The log shall record:
- Vehicle registration number
- Date of last service
- Mileage at last service
- Services performed
- Name and details of the authorised workshop
- Next service due date and/or mileage
A servicing label shall be affixed within each vehicle (e.g., on the sun visor or dashboard) clearly indicating the date of last service and the next due date, so that customers may verify this information.

1.3.3 Tyre Maintenance
In addition to routine servicing, GetGo adopts a proactive tyre maintenance regime:
- Tyre inspections are conducted semi-annually (every six months) by a qualified technician.
- Inspections assess tread depth, tyre pressure, and overall condition.
- Tyres are changed at least once annually as a precautionary measure, or earlier if inspections indicate the need.
- Tread depth below 1.6mm and the tread wear indicator that is flushed with the tyre shall trigger immediate replacement regardless of schedule.
- This inspection is done concurrently when the car is sent into the authorized workshop for servicing.
1.4 Cleanliness Standard
Vehicles shall be maintained at a cleanliness standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory. In general, the following cleaning frequency will be applied:

1.5 Reporting Defects
Customers are encouraged to report any vehicle defects or cleanliness concerns via the app's designated vehicle condition reporting flow or the Live Chat. All reports shall be logged and acted upon by the Fleet Manager within a stipulated timing according to the reported defects.
2. Service Guarantee Policy (A2)

2.1 Purpose
This policy defines the service guarantees offered by GetGo to customers in the event of vehicle defects or service non-performance, and the compensation available to affected customers.
2.2 Definition
A service guarantee entitles the customer to a full or partial refund under circumstances of service delivery failure.
2.3 Qualifying Events
The following events qualify for a service guarantee claim:
- The vehicle is found to be in a non-roadworthy condition at the time of the booking.
- The vehicle cannot be unlocked or accessed through no fault of the customer.
- The vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown during the booking period not caused by the customer.
2.4 Compensation Available
Refund of the booking amount for the affected period shall be provided should any condition stated in clause 2.3 is fulfilled. Refund shall be processed within 5 business days of a verified claim.
2.5 Claim Process
Customers may submit a service guarantee claim by:
- submitting a claim via the app under 'Live Chat'
- emailing hello@getgo.sg
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the qualifying event. GetGo reserves the right to verify the claim before processing the refund.
2.6 Exclusions
The service guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Vehicle defects caused by the customer's misuse or negligence.
- User has consumed the entire booking period.
- Events of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest).
3. Late Return & Vehicle Damage Liability Policy (A3)

3.1 Purpose
This policy clearly sets out the liabilities that customers bear in the event of a late return of a vehicle and/or damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
3.2 Late Return Policy
3.2.1 Late Return Charges
Customers are required to return the vehicle by the end of the agreed booking period. Late returns shall be charged as follows:

3.2.2 Occupied Reserved Parking Lots
Where the designated return parking lot is occupied by another vehicle preventing return, customers shall:
- Contact Live Chat support to report the blocked lot;
- Report evidence of the occupied lot through the One Service app;
- Return the vehicle to the nearest available lot and share the photo of the updated parking lot with Live Chat before ending the booking.
The same grace period of 15 minutes applies.
3.3 Vehicle Damage Liability
3.3.1 Customer Liability
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during their booking period, except where the damage is pre-existing and documented before the booking commenced. Customer liability includes but is not limited to:
- Repair costs for any damage caused during the booking period.
- An excess/deductible amount per incident as shown in the table below. The rates for Standard and Enhanced CDW are included for comparison.
- Loss of use charges for the duration that the vehicle is unavailable for booking while it is undergoing repair.
- Administrative fee.
3.3.2 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
GetGo offers a Collision Damage Waiver provision to reduce the customer's excess liability:
3.4 Accidents & Damage Reporting
Customers must report any pre-existing damage to the vehicle immediately after discovery by contacting GetGo via the in app reporting feature at the beginning of the booking. Customers must also report damages caused during their booking via the in app reporting feature at the end of the booking. Failure to report damages may result in the customer being held liable for the full cost of repairs.
Customers must report any accidents caused during their booking to ensure that a formal accident report can be made within 24hrs of the occurrence of the accident. Failure to report damages may result in the customer being held liable for the full cost of repairs.
4. Exchange & Refund Policy (A4)

4.1 Purpose
GetGo is committed to fair and transparent refund and exchange practices. This policy sets out the conditions and timeframes under which customers may cancel and change their booking.
4.2 Cancellation & Changes
Customers may change their booking (change vehicle, date, or time) subjected to the above cancellation conditions.
4.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be made immediately if the cancellation is made more than 48hrs before the booking is due to start. Cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made less than 48hrs before the booking is due to start. Refunds shall be returned via the original payment method. GetGo is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Exceptions
Refunds due to changes in booking details are not applicable once the booking has started.
5. Subscription Fee Policy (A5)

5.1 Purpose
This policy governs the collection, management, and return of subscription fees charged by GetGo to customers who subscribe to the monthly subscription plan.
5.2 Subscription Fee Terms
- Membership fees: SGD$5.99 per month.
- Membership fees are charged monthly.
- Customers may opt out of membership renewal at any time by cancelling via the app under 'Cancel Subscription'.
- GetGo does not charge membership fees for accounts that have been suspended. Membership fees shall cease from the date the account is suspended.
5.3 Refund of Subscription
No refunds will be granted. Users are entitled to enjoy the benefits for the paid subscription cycle. The subscription will cease on the next renewal date after the cancellation request has been submitted.
6. Promotional Code Policy (A6)

6.1 Purpose
This policy governs the issuance, redemption, and expiry of promotional codes issued by GetGo to customers.
6.2 Promo Code Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes issued by GetGo:
- Each promo code may be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
- Promo codes are not transferable and have no cash value.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.
- Promo codes are valid only for the period stated at the time of issuance. Codes cannot be extended or reactivated after expiry.
- Promo codes may have specific conditions that need to be fulfilled before they are applicable for use.
- GetGo reserves the right to cancel or modify promo codes in the event of suspected fraud or misuse.
6.3 How to Redeem
Customers may redeem a promo code by entering it in the 'Promo Code' field on the booking confirmation screen / at checkout in the app. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid and the booking meets the eligibility criteria.
6.4 Disputes
If a customer believes a valid promo code has not been correctly applied, they may contact Live Chat support via the app. GetGo will verify and upon confirming that the dispute is valid, apply the correct discount to the customer's account.
7. Pricing Display Policy (A7)

7.1 Purpose
GetGo is committed to transparent pricing. All fees applicable to a booking shall be displayed clearly before the customer confirms their booking.
7.2 Pricing Components to be Displayed
The following price components shall be clearly displayed to customers:

7.3 Price Display Requirements
- All prices shall be shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Prices must be shown clearly at the booking screen before final confirmation.
- A total price summary, not including the mileage charge shall be displayed before the customer confirms payment at the point of booking.
- A total booking fee, inclusive of the mileage charge incurred shall be charged and displayed at the end of the booking.
- Prices displayed on marketing materials, during the valid period, shall match those shown at checkout.
7.4 Driving, Tolls or Parking Offence
- Any penalties or summons incurred by the user during their booking shall be referred to the authorities directly for repayment.

8.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8.2 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
8.3 Use of Customer Payment Information
Customer payment card information is processed securely through our designated payment gateway. GetGo does not store payment details on its own servers. Card data is used solely for the purpose of completing the booking transaction.
8.4 Recurring Charges
By registering a payment card, customers authorise GetGo to charge the card automatically for the following: (a) completed bookings; (b) any outstanding amounts such as late fees or unpaid booking fees and (c) DrivePlus subscription fees.

9.1 Accurate Charging (A9)
GetGo is committed to ensuring that customers are charged accurately for the services they use. The pricing system shall be configured to charge according to the approved price list. All prices displayed to customers shall reflect the total amount payable that is inclusive of GST.
Checks on the billing system shall be conducted to identify and rectify any over- or under-charging. Any over-charge identified shall be refunded to the customer within 5 business days. Any under-charge identified shall be charged directly to the customer. SMS notification will be sent to the customer upon successful payment of any under charges.

10.1 Reparation Fees & Claims Breakdown (A10)
Where damages, traffic infringements, or other incidents result in charges being levied against a customer's account, GetGo shall provide a clear and itemised breakdown, where reasonably possible, of all fees claimed.

10.1.2 Claims Process
Upon identifying or receiving a reparation claim, GetGo shall:
- Notify the customer in writing within 5 business days of the identification.
- Provide a detailed itemised breakdown of all fees being claimed.
- Attach supporting documentation (e.g., repair invoice, photographic evidence, LTA/SPF notices).
- Allow the customer 3 business days to respond or dispute the claim before collection effort is escalated.
11. Customer Data Confidentiality Policy (A11)

11.1 Purpose
GetGo is committed to protecting the personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and CaseTrust accreditation requirements.
11.2 Data Collected
Customer data collected by GetGo may include:
- Full name
- NRIC / FIN / Passport number (for identity verification)
- Driving licence details
- Contact details (email address, mobile number)
- Payment information (processed via secure payment gateway)
- Booking and usage history
11.3 Purpose of Data Collection
Customer personal data is collected solely for the following purposes:
- Completing and managing booking transactions.
- Verifying customer eligibility to drive (licence verification).
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Managing customer accounts.
- Communicating with customers regarding their bookings.
- Meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
- Marketing with consent
Customer data shall NOT be sold to or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the customer's explicit consent, except where required by law.
11.4 Data Storage & Security
Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff with a legitimate business need. Staff with access to customer data are briefed on this policy. Customer data is retained for 7 years from the date of account closure, after which it is securely deleted.
