Sundown Festival isn’t just one of Singapore’s biggest music festival — it’s a full-on sensory playground, set against a backdrop of beats, good vibes, and a mission to build a greener, cleaner future. Whether you’re here for the music, the munchies, or the merch, we’ve got the ultimate Sundown Festival guide — from parking hacks to packing tips, so you can fest like a pro. 😎
The lowdown on the Sundown Festival

Sundown Festival is taking over Haw Par Villa from 4 to 6 July, and it’s going to be 3 jam-packed days of music, art, food, and eco-conscious good times.
Only festival-goers aged 16 and above are allowed in, and yes, there will be ID checks at the gate. Keep it legal, guys. And if you missed the chance to buy your tickets online, it’s not over yet — At The Door passes are available and can be purchased onsite on the day of the event. Once you’re in, it’s a cashless world, so load up your cards or e-wallets beforehand!
The festival site opens from 4pm to 2am on Friday and Saturday, and wraps up a little earlier on Sunday at 10:30pm.
💡Pro tip: Show up early to avoid the dreaded snaking queues and start the party ASAP.
The Sundown Festival lineup

A festival is only as great as its lineup, and this year’s highlights look fantastic. We’re talking big names, bold sounds, and serious stage presence.
Dabin, formerly known as DPR LIVE, is bringing his genre-blending magic and cinematic visuals to transport you straight into your feels. GALI, straight outta Shanghai, is all set to serve sharp lyricism and swagger with that unmistakable underground edge.
HWASA (yes, the Hwasa of Mamamoo) will be gracing the stage with her iconic voice, fearless style, and that IDGAF energy we all wish we had. And get ready to lose it when Slot Machine, Bangkok’s explosive rock trio, takes over with their electrifying set.
And that’s just scratching the surface. The festival has more than 20 acts performing — check out the full lineup.
Festival essentials: What to pack for a great time

Essentials, check! You’ll want to come prepared to stay cool, clean, and comfy all day (and night). Portable fans and small towels are the absolute game-changers when the heat turns up. Packing a few Band-Aids is also a great idea, in case of an unfortunate shoe bite or nicks during the event! Nothing worse than sweat in a fresh wound, am I right?
Wet and dry tissues are gonna be your new best friend. Whether you need to freshen up or clean your hands after demolishing those tasty food pop-ups, those wipes will come in handy.
Hydration is key to keeping up with the festivities, so bring a water bottle because, yes, you can bring it in. Don’t worry about running dry, as there are plenty of refill stations to keep you topped up and festival-ready.
Last but not least, bring a portable charger. With all the Insta-worthy moments and nonstop snapping, if you’re anything like me, your phone’s battery won’t even make it halfway through the day. Keep your phone alive and keep the memories coming all day long.
Lugging all these goods around sounds like a total vibe killer, but fret not. You’ll find lockers for rent at the venue, so you can stash your stuff safely and roam hands-free while living your best festival life.
Getting there

Getting to Sundown Festival is a breeze if you’re rolling with public transport. Hop on the Circle Line (CCL) and get off at Haw Par Villa MRT (CC25). Take Exit A, and it’s just a short walk to the festival grounds — easy peasy. 🍋
If buses are more your thing, catch any of these: 10, 30, 30e, 51, 143, 188, or 200. Then, hop off at Haw Par Villa Stn (16019). From there, you’re at the party doorstep!
If you’re driving, parking can be tricky, as parking at Haw Par Villa is quite limited. However, if you still prefer the convenience of a car, here are some places you can park your car.
