- Valid daily and redeemable only at the gym.
- Users must attend and participate in the session personally.
- Not valid with other discounts, promotions, or privileges.
- Applicable for Personal Training 12, 24, and 36 packages only; excludes custom corporate events.
- Management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
- GetGo is not liable for merchant services, disputes, or any loss/injury during the session.
- Disputes on quality or service standards must be resolved directly with the merchant.
- Level Up Gym reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
- Personal data collected by the merchant is for their business purposes only.
- GetGo is not responsible for the merchant’s handling of personal data.
- Level Up Gym is not liable for any loss of personal data shared during the promotion.
- A valid GetGo booking from the past 3 months must be presented upon the day of the appointment to qualify for promotional rate. Failure to present verifiable proof of GetGo membership will result in the forfeiture of the promotional rate.
