If you’re hunting for the best outlet deals or just looking for a reason to head West, IMM will be at the top of your list. But between the branded sneaker hauls and home furniture shopping, you’re bound to get hungry. Luckily for you, Singapore’s premier outlet mall has no shortage of ways to get your nosh on.
I’ve spent many weekends here (mostly debating if I need another pair of running shoes), and the food scene never fails to deliver. From sizzling hotpots to legendary steaks, here are the best spots to refuel at IMM!
01 • Haidilao Hot Pot

You can’t talk about IMM without talking Haidilao. Whenever my friends and I are in the mood for a long catch-up, this is our go-to. The service is always top-notch — I once had a server offer me a hair tie and a screen wiper before I even realized I needed them!
If you’re watching your budget, their set lunch is a total steal. You get the same premium soup bases and fresh ingredients without the usual "party-of-ten" price tag. Plus, the mall has plenty of parking, so you won't have to worry about lugging your shopping bags too far.

02 • Andes by Astons

For my fellow meat lovers, Andes by Astons is a staple. It’s the halal-certified version of the famous steakhouse, and it keeps that same "no-frills, high-quality" vibe. It's why I love the Prime Sirloin — it’s juicy, seasoned perfectly, and comes with two sides. I usually go for the Mac & Cheese and the Onion Rings (on a completely unrelated note, does anyone know a way to burn carbs quick?)
It’s a great spot for a casual dinner with the crew after a successful day of shopping. Since it’s halal-certified, it’s a perfect inclusive option for the whole group.

03 • Saap Saap Thai

Sometimes you just need that spicy, tangy kick that only Thai food can provide. Saap Saap Thai serves up authentic flavours that actually pack a punch. Their Signature Beef Boat Noodles have a rich, herbal broth that reminds me of Bangkok's street food.
If you have a sweet tooth, don’t leave without trying the Mango Sticky Rice. The warm, salty coconut milk poured over the sweet mango is the ultimate comfort food. Saap Saap Thai makes a quick, delicious stop if you’re looking to get back to the sales floor fast.

04 • Swensen’s Unlimited

If you’re feeling particularly hungry or indecisive, Swensen’s Unlimited is a game-changer. It’s a buffet spin-off of the famous chain restaurant that features everything from fresh seafood to their iconic ice cream.
With 48 rotating ice cream flavours, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. My strategy is to start with a small scoop of everything local, like Mao Shan Wang or Sea Salt Gula Melaka. It’s a nostalgic treat that feels a little more grown-up in a buffet setting.

05 • Yakiniku Shokudo

If you're after a dining experience that won't break the bank, Yakiniku Shokudo is the place. It's a relatively recent addition to IMM and it's already proven a hit with the local population of deal-hunters. I love the solo grill concept; the restaurant’s personal grills let you cook your meat exactly how you like it without having to share (hey, I get protective over my wagyu!).
Their beef sets are incredibly affordable, often starting under $10. It’s high-energy, delicious, and perfect for a quick protein boost before you dive back into the sales.

06 • Lao Jiang Superior Soup

If you’re looking for something that feels like a warm hug in a bowl, Lao Jiang Superior Soup is where it’s at. I first stumbled upon this place on a rainy Tuesday when I was craving something comforting but didn't want the usual heavy fast food. Their "superior" broth is simmered for hours, and you can really taste the depth in every spoonful.
My personal recommendation? Go for the Signature Superior Soup with thick bee hoon. It’s packed with ingredients like fresh prawns, sliced meat, and liver. It’s the kind of meal that makes you feel nourished and ready to tackle the rest of your shopping list. Lao Jiang's relatively secluded space also makes a great spot for a quieter, more relaxed meal if the main atrium gets a bit too rowdy.
